How do I book for PURE 2025?

A.

Applications for PURE 2025 are now closed. But you can get ahead and register your interest in attending PURE 2026 by heading to the “Apply to Attend” page and filling in the relevant form.

When will PURE 2025 take place?

A.

The dates for PURE 2025 are Monday 8 September to Thursday 11 September. Meetings begin on Tuesday and Open House – our inspiring thought leadership festival – is on Monday.

When should I arrive into Marrakech?

A.

PURE attendees are required to be in Marrakech for a minimum of four nights (Monday 8 September – Friday 12 September) in order to attend all the core show appointments and activities. For those planning to attend the Community Project Hike on 7 September, you’ll need to arrive into Marrakech on Saturday 6 to be ready for an early start on Sunday!

A reminder that buyer hosted accommodation is from Monday 8 September to Friday 12 September, so you’ll have to make your own accommodation arrangements outside these dates.

How do you communicate with confirmed delegates?

A.

As we build up towards PURE, we’ll regularly update the Show Hub, but also send you regular emails about dates, appointments and other information. Be sure to check your spam folder in case you miss anything!

Can you help with exhibitor accommodation?

A.

PURE and our partners at Travel Link have secured preferential rates with a range of hotels in Marrakech, which you can find here. Please note, the Travel Link team handles all bookings directly. These rooms will be limited, so the sooner you organise accommodation when the rates go live, the better.

I’m a buyer. How do you arrange hosted accomodation for me?

A.

This exclusive option is included in your price for attending PURE. One of our premier hospitality partners will host you for four nights from Monday 8 – Friday 12 September. If you choose to take hosted accommodation, we’ll notify you (roughly six weeks before the show) which hotel you’ll be staying in. That means we can’t take any preferences. Also, once your hotel is confirmed, we can’t change it. However, if you’d prefer to stay elsewhere, you can opt out of hosted accommodation by June 2025 and arrange your own. Cancelling your hosted accommodation after allocation will incur cancellation fees.

What transfers are included as part of PURE?

A.

Transfers will be provided from PURE Partner and allocated hotels as part of your PURE experience. For more information on timings and transfers, please click here.

Will there be transfers at all times? When do transfers start?

A.

We offer transfers between Marrakech Menara (RAK) airport and hosting hotels, as well as PURE venues throughout the show. However, we can’t provide transfers outside of the show dates or between non-hosting hotels. For more information on the hotels included and timings, refer to the transfers page here.

What are the PURE parties and is there a dress code?

A.

We’re sure you’ve already heard about our PURE parties, but if you haven’t then you can find more information on our 2025 parties here. You can also see the different dress codes for each party too, helping you with some wardrobe inspiration.

What is Open House and is it compulsory to attend?

A.

You can find information about Open House here. Essentially, it is our thought leadership festival that kickstarts PURE every year. All PUREists are expected to attend Open House. You don’t want to miss it anyway; there’ll be a huge helping of lessons and stories from the very edge of experiential travel.

What is the Innovation Lab?

A.

You can find details on the Innovation Lab here.

What are the PURE Awards?

A.

You can find information about the PURE Awards here. Applications have closed for 2025, but if you think you meet the criteria as a buyer or exhibitor then we’d love to see your application when they open again in 2026 – watch this space!

What do I need to consider for the Community Project?

A.

You can read more about our community project here. The community project hike is scheduled for Sunday 7 September. Joining us? Bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle, and be prepared to spend time outside in the heat. We also highly recommend arriving a day or two before, so you’re ready on time. Please note that buyer-hosted accommodation doesn’t cover this date. You must arrange your own separate accommodation.

Where and when can I pick up my badge?

A.

We’ll have it ready for you on Monday 8 September, the first day of PURE – or alternatively on Tuesday 9 September. View our check in and security page to see where you can pick it up.

Can I change my stand package?

Is it possible to update our exhibitor list photo? Also, can you provide details about other advertising options currently available?

A.

Absolutely, we can change your exhibitor list photo. Choose an image that you feel better represents your brand or travel offering. However, for the sake of consistency, please note that we can’t accept any images with people in them. The dimensions should be 280mm x 210mm. Just send your preferred image to [email protected], and we’ll update it for you.

Interested in learning more about our other advertising packages? Email the PURE Team, and we’ll send you a deck explaining every additional option.

Can I take a look at my stand before PURE begins?

A.

Yes, of course. Just head to the Show Hub and take a look at the agenda page (once it’s live) to see when.

What is the appointments process?

A.

Everything you need to know is here, including important dates and deadlines. Please share your preferences on time during Phase 2 so we can build the best diary for you. We match buyer and exhibitor preferences for a schedule that works for everyone.

Can I miss some of my scheduled appointments at the show?

A.

We record and monitor all missed appointments, which may carry a £200 arrangement fee. Additionally missing slots may mean you aren’t invited to future This is Beyond shows.

What happens if I didn’t complete my appointment preferences before the deadline?

A.

This will give you a less desirable diary, which means you might get less out of the event overall. It may also leave gaps in your agenda. You’ll still have the opportunity to fill those gaps before PURE begins, but spaces will be very limited.

How can buyers attend Pre & Post Tours?

A.

Our 2025 Pre & Post Tours are now live. Check your inbox for the exclusive link to book them. These will be arranged with the suppliers directly on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Is there a free night?

A.

Yes, there is a free night on Wednesday 10 September. Try not to overdo it, though . . . A reasonably early night keeps you fresh and sharp for the busy meetings ahead, as well as providing rest between our legendary PURE Parties.

Can I arrange gatherings on the free night?

A.

We’re happy for exhibitors to host small private events of up to 40 buyers at most, providing there is no conflict with the official PURE programme.

How can I help Morocco after 2023’s earthquake?

A.

When exhibitors book for PURE 2025, an optional donation amount will automatically be included to support our charity partner Education For All (EFA) and portion of the Buyer Community Fee also goes straight to EFA, helping girls and young women finish their education in Morocco. We also encourage our community to promote Moroccan tourism, spreading the word that many parts of this beautiful country remain unaffected and ready to welcome visitors.
