I’m a buyer, can you explain how accommodation works?

A.

As a buyer, your accommodation is covered for the duration of the show (10 – 14 September). Please note that accommodation for additional delegates is not included and is to be arranged independently. Alternatively, you may share the room in your hosted accommodation (to be arranged directly with the hosting hotel). If you and/or your additional delegate plan to spend any extra nights in Marrakech (before or after PURE), please be in touch with Nabila in the Travel Link team directly. You can view the range of hotels that PURE and Travel Link have secured preferred rates for here. Please note that rooms at preferred rates are limited, so the sooner you organise your accommodation, the better.

Is there a free night?

A.

Yes, this year there is a free night – on Tuesday 12 September. We recommend a reasonably early night, in preparation for busy days filled with meetings, as well as getting rest in between the legendary PURE parties.

I’m a buyer on the waitlist, when will I have an update on my application status?

A.

We will be in touch if a space arises in your region. We tend to receive cancellations at different stages ahead of the show, so it is worth staying waitlisted. If your plans change and you no longer want to attend PURE, just reach out to us and we will remove you from the list. 

Do meetings start on Sunday or Monday?

A.

Meetings only begin on Monday, but we recommend arriving in Morocco before Sunday, in order to attend Open House – our inspiring thought leadership festival that kicks off PURE each year. You can learn about all the key dates prior to PURE here, and read the full at PURE agenda here.

Where can I find the agenda?

A.

You can view the agenda here. Remember that the Show Hub is your go-to guide for all you need to know about PURE 2023. 

 

What time do meetings finish each day?

A.

Meetings finish at 17:25 each evening. 

 

Can I take a look at my stand before PURE begins?

A.

Yes, you may. This can be done between 16:00 and 19:00 on Sunday 10 September (the afternoon of Open House). 

 

Where and when can I pick up my badge?

A.

You can collect your badge at Open House, between 10:00 and 17:00 at Palais Namaskar, on Sunday 10 September. Alternatively, you can receive your badge when checking in to PURE at Palais des Congrès on Monday 11 September, between 08:00 and 18:00.  

 

Can you help with stand graphics?

A.

For anything related to your stand graphics, please contact Simon or Erwan, our stand partners at Beyond Exhibit. 

Can you help with exhibitor accommodation?

A.

PURE and our partners at Travel Link have secured preferred rates with a range of hotels in Marrakech, which you can view here. However, all accommodation bookings are handled by the Travel Link team directly. Please contact Nabila at Travel Link with any queries and note that rooms with preferential rates are limited, so the sooner you organise accommodation, the better. 

I can’t seem to login to my profile?

A.

Please be sure to login using your unique username (not your email address), and check that there aren’t any spaces when you copy and paste your username and password, as the website can be picky about that kind of thing. If it still isn’t working, contact the PURE Team directly.

What do Open House badges include?

A.

You can book an Open House badge by clicking on this link. The cost of the badge is £1299. However, the badge will only grant entry to the Open House event and PURE Opening Party on Sunday 10 September. Unfortunately, it will not grant access to all of the parties that are planned throughout the week.

Can you help with visas?

A.

While PURE cannot arrange your visa for you, we can provide you with a comprehensive visa letter that explains your reason for visiting Marrakech. If you require such a letter, please let us know and kindly provide us with a copy of your passport so that we can organise it for you. Please note that visa requirements vary depending on your passport type, and we leave it to each attendee’s discretion to ensure they meet the necessary requirements to enter the country. However, we are always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
